Stock Availability
All our products and services are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 3 days of receiving your order.
Acceptance
As all products and services are subject to availability, there will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually process and dispatch to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason.
We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. By using this website shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the legal drinking age in your country of residence. For this reason, we may refuse an order at our discretion and orders may not be transferred from the customer to any other reason.
Payment
We want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. Payment can be made online by debit, credit card or PayPal. We only accept payment online at the time of ordering, via credit or debit cards as defined at checkout however if you wish to order over the phone please get in touch.
We reserve the right to cancel any order received and refund the total value of the order to the cardholder.
Please note that our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
Prices
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and duty but exclusive of delivery costs. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. We reserve the right to alter prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

We want you to enjoy your gin as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly You should expect to receive your order within 7 days of it being placed (within the UK)
International delivery: This service is not available.
All goods are tracked, and must be signed for by the purchaser, who must be over the age of 18 in the UK, or over the legal drinking age in the country of delivery.
Missing or damaged order
Any order you wish to report as missing or damaged, should be reported within 14 days of the date of order. Outside this time, we cannot consider any claim.
Refund policy
You have up to 7 days following delivery of the goods to exchange them for goods of the equivalent value or request a refund. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing (by email, via our “contact us" page or by post) and you must return the goods to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery within 30 days of receipt.

Please send any return items our company address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order.
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty.
